The retiring cams are available in the protection levels IP44, IP54, IP65 and with explosion-protection and are suitable for different environmental conditions.
The electromagnetic retiring cam EMT17-W has the level of protection IP44 and is mounted at the side of the lfit car. It is pneumatically absorbed and thefore operates silently. The version EMT18-W is equipped with a higher force, but apart from that it is idential with the more common version EMT17-W.
The electromagnetic retiring cam EM17-IP65 is suitable for installations for which a special dust- and water protection is required. Due to stainless steel parts it is better protected against corrosion, but has a slightly lower actuation force.
At the electromagnetic retiring cam EMT15K-W in level of protection IP54 the magnet is arranged above the actual cam. In this way, a smaller installation depth is realised. This version is ideally suited for confined spaces. The force is slightly lower compared to the EMT17.
The electromagnetic retiring cam EMT13-W in level of protection IP54 is intended for installation on the car roof. The actuation cam is infinitely adjustable in height to adapt to the conditions on site. The force is slightly lower compared tot he EMT17.
The electromagnetic retiring cam EMT 19-W in level of protection IP54 is equipped with a considerable higher force and a longer travel in comparison to the version EMT 17. The assembly is made on the car roof. The infinite variability of the actual cam is extraordinary high, because the sliding rail can be adjusted, too. Furthermore the cam can be rearranged from a left to right position.
The electromagnetic retiring cam EMT81-EX is suited for the application in explosive atmosphere and is used for the actuation of door interlocks at lifts. It is mounted on the car roof.
