Latch plate with height adjustment and large bolt clearance

Especially for door interlocks used in harsh industrial environments, we have developed the height-adjustable latch plate BL-V with a large bolt clearance. Thus, inaccuracies due to thermal expansion or distortion of the door can better be compensated.

Features:

latch plate for
– holding the latch bolt of a door interlock
– actuation of the faulty closure device
– mounting in the door leaf
large circumferential clearance between latch plate and latch bolt in all directions (± 2.25 mm)
for adjustment of subsequent impacts on the door (mechanical, temperature, wear and tear, etc.)
center part height adjustable, allows compensation of different sheet thicknesses and
readjustment at misalignment of the door
with anti-rotation protection against autonomous readjustment of the center part
sliding nuts for alignment of the latch plate
adjusting ring included in the scope of delivery and allows moreover the tool-free height adjustment
