Magnet Switches

Magnet switches are used for the registration of the position of moving parts, when a positive-opening of the contacts is not necessary. The contact-making is very reliable, as the contact is located in a hermetically enclosed small glass-tube with protective gas, which prevents oxydation and the formation of dust. The actuation is made by the approach of a permanent magnet. Magnet switches are available in monostable and bistable versions. With the bistable version, the reed-contact stays switched, even after removal of the per-manent magnet. The contact only is reset, when the magnet passes the reed-contact from the opposite direction (travel direction of the lift), or if a magnet with an opposite polarity approaches. Interesting is the new magnet block with six magnet switches and the possibility to extend up to eight magnet switches. In comparison to the individual assembly the use of this magnet block leads to a significant cost reduction.

MBF - block form with flat plug

The magnet switch equipped with a reed contact is switched by the approach of a permanent magnet. The contact surrounded by inert gas reliably reports the position of moving parts. In bistable version the contact is stay-put and rests in the switching position until the magnet passes by in the opposite direction. The block form type MBF with flat plug connection can be mounted without space, side by side. They do not effect each other.

MBK - block form with cable

The magnet switch equipped with a reed contact is switched by the approach of a permanent magnet. The contact surrounded by inert gas reliably reports the position of moving parts. In bistable version the contact is stay-put and rests in the switching position until the magnet passes by in the opposite direction. The block form type MBK with flat plug connection can be mounted without space, side by side. They do not effect each other..

MRK - round version with cable

The magnet switch equipped with a reed contact is switched by the approach of a permanent magnet. The contact surrounded by inert gas reliably reports the position of moving parts. In bistable version the contact is stay-put and rests in the switching position until the magnet passes by in the opposite direction. The type MRK in the classic round construction form can be actuated at the end and longitudenal side.

MFK - flat version with cable

The magnet switch equipped with a reed contact is switched by the approach of a permanent magnet. The contact surrounded by inert gas reliably reports the position of moving parts. In bistable version the contact is stay-put and rests in the switching position until the magnet passes by in the opposite direction. The type MFK has a very flat construction form and can be installed especially with the magnet MR 6 at restricted conditions.

MSK - slot magnet switch with cable

The slot magnet switch MSK equipped with a reed contact is switched by a sheet steel that enters into the slot. An additional permanent magnet is not necessary. The contact surrounded by inert gas reliably reports the position of moving parts. The switching condition can be indicated with LEDs. A bistable version is not planned.
